The workshop is a fun, supportive, and safe place for people to come together to learn and build lifelong skills! There is no experience required for this workshop, however some general experience with measuring ingredients, chopping vegetables, and safely working with boiling water are all helpful when learning the canning process. This workshop focuses on making and canning jam! Each participant will make and take home a batch of a dozen jam (1\/4 Pint Jars) in various flavours.
